Account

When you sign up for MetamorphX, you provide an email address and password for your account.

Your profile includes information like your first name, last name, and a profile picture. To view or edit this information, go to the app:

  1. Tap the “More” tab at the bottom right, then tap the cell with your name and profile photo.

  2. To change your photo, tap it directly and follow the steps.

  3. To change your name, goal, quote, etc., tap “Edit” and update the desired information.

  4. Save your changes.

You can change your email address in your account settings directly within the app:

  1. Go to the “More” tab, then tap “Settings” and then “Email”.

  2. Enter your new email address and confirm.

You can change your password in your account settings from the app:

  1. In the “More” tab, tap “Settings” then “Password”.

  2. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm the new one.

Canceling your MetamorphX Premium Subscription depends on the platform you used to subscribe.

1. If you subscribed via the MetamorphX app (Google Play or App Store):

  • Android (Google Play):

    1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.

    2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.

    3. Select “Subscriptions”.

    4. Find MetamorphX in the list and tap “Cancel Subscription”.

    5. Follow the instructions to confirm.

  • iOS (App Store):

    1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

    2. Tap your name at the top, then select “Subscriptions”.

    3. Find MetamorphX and tap “Cancel Subscription”.

    4. Follow the prompts to finalize.

2. If you subscribed on the MetamorphX website:

  1. Log into your account at julienquaglierini.com.

  2. Click on your name or profile icon at the top right and go to “My Account”.

  3. Select the “Subscription” section.

  4. Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the steps to confirm.

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Go to the “More” tab at the bottom right, then tap “Settings”.

  2. In settings, tap “Edit Your Profile” at the top.

  3. Tap “Delete My Account” and follow the instructions.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove your access to the MetamorphX service.

Training

Any workout (program or individual session) must be scheduled in your Journal to be performed.

Schedule a program:

  1. Go to the “Home” tab in your app and tap “View All” in the “Programs” section.

  2. Choose the desired program, tap “Schedule,” and follow the steps.

  3. Once complete, all program sessions will be added to your Journal automatically.

Schedule an individual session:

  1. Go to “Home,” tap “View All” under the “Sessions” section.

  2. Select a session, tap “Schedule,” and follow the steps.

  3. The session will then appear in your Journal.

Schedule a video class:

  1. Go to the “Coach” tab and tap “View All” in the “Video Classes” section.

  2. Choose your class, tap “Schedule,” and follow the process.

  3. The class will be added to your Journal.

Schedule from the Journal tab:

  1. Go to the “Training” tab.

  2. Tap the “+” button at the bottom right and select the content you want to schedule.

  3. Follow the scheduling steps as described.

  1. In the “Training” tab, tap the “+” then select “Custom Session.”

  2. Choose the session type and give it a name.

  3. Tap “Start” to add warm-up, exercises, recovery, etc.

Go to the “Training” tab and select today’s date. If a session is scheduled, it will appear. Tap to start.

In your Journal, select the session, tap “Edit” and then “Change Date.”

Yes. Confirm in the popup that you want to do it today. The session will be moved to today.

What weight should I enter?

  • Dumbbell exercises: Enter the weight of one dumbbell.

  • Barbell exercises: Include the weight of the bar (e.g., 20kg Olympic bar, 8kg short bar).

  • Machine exercises: Enter only the added weight (do not include the sled/platform).

  • Bodyweight exercises: Enter added weight only (not your body weight).

  1. Go to “More” > “Body Data & Stats.”
  2. Tap “Measurements” to track weight, height, BMI, arm size, waist, etc.

  3. Tap the chart icon to view progress graphs.

  4. For sleep, sync a device or enter hours manually.

  5. Track daily stress level (scale 1 to 10).

  6. If you have a smart scale, enter your impedance data.

  7. Monitor your nutrition, activity, and workouts in the respective sections.

Go to “More” > Profile, then tap the number of workouts to view your completed sessions.

  • “More” > Profile > Programs
  • Or “Journal” > Training > Scheduled session

In the program details page, tap “Quit.”

A program is marked complete automatically once all sessions are done or marked as skipped.

In the program details, tap the three vertical dots and then “Delete.” Completed sessions will remain in history; the rest will be removed.

Nutrition

 

    1. Choose your plan:

    1. Download the MetamorphX app:
      • After placing your order, you'll receive a link to download the app and access your personal space.

 

    1. Complete the questionnaire:
      • Provide your goals, food preferences, and any dietary restrictions.

 

  1. Receive your personalized plan:
    • A custom meal plan will be created for you and made available directly in the app.

For complete nutritional tracking, enter your daily foods in the app:

  1. In the “Nutrition” tab, tap the “+” at the bottom right.

  2. Select “Food” and choose the meal type (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, etc.).

  3. Add the food item by scanning its barcode, searching the database, or adding it manually.

  4. Enter the amount consumed and confirm to add it to your nutrition log.

  1. In the “Nutrition” tab, tap the “+” at the bottom right.
  2. Select “My meals” to create custom meals.

  3. Tap “+” to create a new meal, name it, add foods and quantities, then tap “Create.”

  4. You can also save an existing meal in “My meals” to reuse it later.

  5. Set recurring meals in the settings to plan them automatically.

  1. Make sure you have planned recipes, foods, or a meal plan in your log.

  2. In the “Nutrition” tab, tap the blue button “Generate my shopping list.”

  3. Choose the desired period and tap “Confirm.”

  4. Your shopping list will appear with all necessary ingredients. Check off items as you buy them.

In the “Nutrition” tab, tap the settings icon ⚙️ at the top to adjust nutritional settings such as daily and per-meal calorie goals, macronutrient percentages, etc.

  1. In the “Nutrition” tab, tap the “+” at the bottom right.

  2. You can:
    • Scan the barcode of the food item.
    • Search the database using the magnifying glass.
    • Add manually by tapping “+” if the item isn’t listed.

  3. Enter the amount consumed and confirm to add it to your nutrition log.

In the “Nutrition” tab, check the box next to the meal or food item. Calorie data will update automatically.

  1. In the “Nutrition” tab, tap the three horizontal dots next to the item.

  2. Select “Replace with an alternative” or “Delete” to remove the food.

In the “Journal” > “Nutrition” tab, tap the three horizontal dots next to the meal, then select “Delete.”

Measurements

  1. Go to the “More” tab in your app, then tap on “Body data & stats.”

  2. Tap on “Body data” to edit your measurements and weight.

  3. Update this information regularly to track your body changes over time.

  4. To set the visibility of your data, tap on the gear icon ⚙️ for “Settings,” then go to “Privacy” and adjust the options to your preference.

For accurate and consistent tracking:

  • Body weight: Weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and before physical activity.

  • Body segments: Use a tape measure and ensure you always measure at the same spot.

  • Neck: Around the base of the neck, at the widest part.

  • Chest: At the widest part, just under the armpits.

  • Shoulders: Across the back, from one end to the other.

  • Arms: Just above the elbow.

  • Forearms: At the widest part.

  • Waist: Natural waistline, just above the belly button.

  • Hips: Widest part of the hips.

  • Thighs: At the widest point.

  • Calves: At the widest point.
